Hypnotherapy for Sleep!
Join me Thursday night on Zoom at 6:30pm for a hypnotherapy session aimed at improving sleep. Instructions are as follows:
1. Click the zoom link in the comments
2. Be on time - Late participants will not be accepted into the session (it’s only effective if you take in the whole session)
3. Find a comfortable, quiet place and either lay down or sit up in a high back chair that supports your head. You can use a pillow, blanket, eye covering, etc.
4. Camera can be on or off, but please check in with me after the session so I can ensure everything is 👍🏻
5. The session is pay by donation - pay if you can, pay what you want ($10 suggested). E-transfer to dana.boldt@gmail.com
