Workshops for Elders (9-10 AM each day, at the Elders Building)

📅 Nov. 4 – Feel Good Hips and Back
📅 Nov. 18 – Myofascial Release (foam rollers/lacrosse balls)
📅 Dec. 2 – Bodyweight stretch/strength
📅 Dec. 16 – Feel Good Neck, Arms, and Shoulders

Workshops for All Ages (5-6 PM each day, at the Elders Building)

(Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
📅Nov. 25 – Posture Reset & Core activation/workout
📅 Dec. 9 – Knees, Ankles, Feet Strength and Mobility
