We’re nuts for coconuts.

Coconut milk is our star ingredient—it’s what we use to ferment and grow our diverse probiotic strains.

Our goal was to offer you a variety of strains that your stomach deserves, without overwhelming it. Balance is key to our well-being, and our coconut milk kefir is the perfect partner to help support that balance!

Already a superstar on its own, then we enhanced it with omegas, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements.

The result? A probiotic beverage in a league of its own.

Fun fact: it actually took us a while to land on coconut milk. We tried many other substrates, but this fuzzy rock with sweet milk inside took home the all-star prize.

In 2022, we conducted a 30-day, single-arm study of Bioteem’s General Health and Skin Health formulas with 150 participants aged 20–70—and the results were incredibly promising.

Many participants reported noticeable improvements in gut-related concerns such as IBS, GERD, acid reflux, bloating, and colitis.

Users of the Skin Health formula shared significant positive changes in skin conditions, including rosacea, psoriasis, and eczema.

Participants also noted clearer skin, reduced appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, stronger nails, and improved hair growth.
