Providing end of life care is never easy. Being present during such a vulnerable time, supporting someone in their final days, it stays with you in a quiet way.

From our family to yours, we want you to know this is something we hold very close to our hearts.

We are so proud of our team. The kindness, patience, and compassion they bring into these moments truly makes a difference. Sometimes it’s the smallest things — a calm presence, a gentle word, simply sitting beside someone — that mean the most.

We are also so grateful to the families who trust us in their homes and choose us to be there during such deeply personal moments. That trust means everything to us.

This work can be emotional, but it’s also deeply meaningful.

To those who are no longer suffering and now at peace, we are thinking of you and your families during this incredibly difficult time.

Being there for people in these moments is something we will always carry with us.

Today, we extend our heartfelt condolences to one of our Care Chameleons families on the loss of their beloved father, husband, brother, and friend.

It has been a true privilege to support him and to be welcomed into your lives. During this difficult time, please know that our thoughts are with your entire family. We hope you find comfort in the memories you shared and in knowing how deeply he was cared for.

We would also like to acknowledge and thank our incredible team members who supported him throughout his journey. The compassion, dedication, and quality care you provided meant so much to both him and his family. Your kindness, patience, and presence truly made a difference, and your support meant the world during a very meaningful time.

Today we pause with heavy hearts as we remember three very special clients who recently passed. It has been an honour and a privilege to walk alongside them and their families, to share moments of care, conversation, laughter, and quiet understanding.

Our clients are never just names or schedules to us — they become part of our Care Chameleons family. Each life leaves an imprint, and each loss is deeply felt by our team.

I am extremely proud of our team's exceptional work on our most recent project. We were commissioned to provide our Mental Health Support Program for Hoarders. The unit in question had extensive graffiti covering the floors and walls. The paint and labor required for painting were generously donated by two philanthropic individuals. Our team successfully removed the graffiti from the floors and executed a thorough clean-out. If you or someone you know requires a non-judgmental team to assist in transforming their home into a safe and clean environment, please do not hesitate to contact us.
