A Program for Every Player:
It doesn't matter if your child is lacing up skates for the first time or looking to sharpen their skills, Riverside offers a welcoming and friendly environment for players at all skill levels.

Goalie Perks:
• Rostered team goalies (U8 and older) receive 50% off their base registration fee, paid directly at the end of the season. (see website for details)
• All Riverside goalies who regularly attend our dedicated goalie clinic are eligible for a $100 credit toward the following season’s registration with RMHA.

The Families First Tournament:
One of the best parts of each season. This exciting annual event brings together house league teams from all over Southwestern Ontario for a weekend of great hockey, community spirit, and unforgettable memories. It gives our players a chance to compete, connect, and experience the pride of being a Riverside Ranger in front of friends and family while also giving them the ability to show off their hockey skills.

Riverside Minor Hockey is proud to partner with 519 Hockey Training to offer our members a tailored development program.

🏒WHO?The program is open to RMHA House League and/or Travel Players, Ages 8–14

🏒WHAT?A 16-week program built around themed sessions, focusing on the fundamental skills of skating, stick handling, puck control, shooting and game application. Skills will be progressed and built on as the session continues.

📆WHEN?Every Thursday @ 5:10pm-6:00pm from October 16th to February 12th

📍WHERE?
All sessions will take place at the WFCU Arena.

📝HOW?

Tryout Details:

Cost: A single $30 tryout fee covers both U18A and U18B tryouts.

U18A/B Pre Skates Start: Tuesday September 2nd @ 5:40pm

U18A/B Tryouts Start: Saturday, September 6th @ 12:50 PM

The schedule for the upcoming house league ratings has been finalized. Ratings will take place on:

📅 Saturday, September 6th
📅 Sunday, September 7th

Please review the ratings schedule visit riversideminorhockey.ca to find the exact times and arena. Be sure to check based on division, year of birth and for U21 last name initial. Make sure to take note of your assigned time and date so you don’t miss your session!

**Players who are planning to play goalie for the season, please come to ratings with goalie equipment and come on the ice as a goalie.

📢RMHA welcomes long time Ranger goaltender and current coach, Josh Breault as our new Goalie Clinic instructor. As a former AAA, and Riverside goalie, Josh has been part of past championship teams and is currently on the staff of our U16A travel team. His lengthy experience in net as well as his proven leadership skills will ensure that our goalie clinic continues to be one of the most premier clinics across the county.

Our goalie clinic is open to all Riverside registered goaltenders, free of charge, and gets underway Wednesday Sept 24th running weekly through February

Applications are now open for ACTIVE RMHA members who are interested in signing up for the 2025-26 Referee School taking place Sept 20-21st @ the WFCU Center. ONLY registered RMHA players born 2008-2010 are eligible to apply.
