Caregiving is often described as an act of love, a selfless dedication to supporting someone in need. But beyond the practical tasks and logistical challenges, the true essence of caregiving lies in empathy. It's the ability to step into another person's shoes, to understand their feelings and perspectives, and to respond with compassion and understanding. For caregivers, cultivating empathy is not just beneficial – it's essential for both their well-being and the quality of care they provide.
