Raising awareness about mental health and wellness at the University of Windsor! Share, care and end the stigma!

University of Windsor Students interested in raising awareness about various mental health-related disorders, eradicating the societal stigma of these disorders, encouraging students to adopt healthier habits, and learning more about the brain. The Youth Wellness Hub Windsor-Essex is a project of the Canadian Mental Health Association that provides mental health support to youth who are between the age of 12-25.
