With your support, the BTHC Foundation purchased a handheld imaging device for the Dialysis Unit. A team of BTHC nurses has been specially trained to use this ultrasound device for difficult IV insertions, reducing the number of pokes a patient must endure. The device also supports the hospital’s PICC program, helping nurses safely locate the right vein for long-term delivery of antibiotics and other medications. Thanks to your generosity, patients are experiencing greater comfort and care. ❤
