Happy New Year, everyone! As we step into 2025, I would like to take the opportunity to reintroduce myself! 💛
My name is Victoria, and I'm the owner and operator of One Delicious Bite Winnipeg! I have been operating our family-owned business in Winnipeg since late 2020.
A little about myself....
I am a proud fiancée and Mom of one handsome teenage son. I'm an enthusiast for all things health, food, and wellness. I enjoy staying physically active and finding balance through nature, family time, cooking, and baking.
Food is definitely my love language and it's partly from my Portuguese & Canadian cultural roots. You will find me cooking up meals, experimenting with baking and feeding anyone around me especially for my family.
I also love and enjoy taking photos whether it be of people, nature, and of food that I either cooked/baked or dishes of restaurants I visited. For me, when I am at my best and worst I find myself being creative and crafty as it is very therapeutic and it keeps me grounded.
Beyond ODB Wpg when I am not working, I'm out exploring new or local places to eat because I'm a huge foodie at heart. I also really enjoy spending quality time with my life partner and son who plays hockey and basketball. I also do volunteer work at schools and help with local fundraiser events as much as I can.
