April (29th to be exact) marks 4 years that I have been instructing Basic Life Support (BLS) classes through the Heart and Stroke which includes Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and other lifesaving skills! ❤️
I feel privileged to share my knowledge and expertise of such crucial information in critical events where every second matters.
I will continue being your reliable source of up to date information in convenient, quick, Informative and affordable classes.
I encourage everyone to learn CPR and refresh their skills on a regular basis.

Do you know the difference between a cardiac arrest and a heart attack?

⚡️ Cardiac arrest is an "electrical" problem: the heart goes into an erratic rhythm, cannot pump blood and stops beating entirely.

💧 A heart attack is a "plumbing" problem: the heart’s blood flow is slowed/ blocked, but the heart keeps beating.
