I have always been honest to a fault. It is weird because I know sometimes my circle is smaller due to this, people don't always appreciate this quality. We live in a world where fake people are glorified, faking there way through life..fake laughs, fake compliments. Chameleons pretending to be whatever is wanted in that moment.
I will always be just me and you should be too. Be true to you. Integrity is a virtue and even though your circle maybe smaller it will always have more value.

I used to be this way. I felt I was nobody if I wasn't busy. I felt I had no worth if I didn't have goals. I felt like I needed to accomplish something, another course another this another that. Always trying to find ways to fill me. Then my life fell apart in so many ways in areas I could not control and I had no say. The strangest thing was I learned to relax. I learned to step back and for the first time I really learned how to pause.

Try it. Life happens so fast enjoy the slow moments.

We all say Christmas can be a hard time, it sure can be. But sometimes life can just be hard. Life has a way of kicking you when you least expect it. The other day I listened to a podcast and was reminded that just waking up each day is a miracle. Appreciate the magic in the small things because living is a gift. Love and see light in even the smallest things!

2023 & 24 have been a couple hard years. I began to lose sight of things and myself..I gained some weight and felt depressed and struggled to feel motivated, good enough or worthy! Still I have always been a fighter, probably why proud warrior is one of my favorite poses. I have gone back to gym and took control of what I can. Trying to find me and looking within for that light that I have always had, for in the hard times there is still always magic. Believe in your journey even when it seems hard or unfair, goodness will prevail!
