Over the past few months, this community has grown in a really special way… and we know many of you found us after attending one of our workshops, presentations, or keynotes.

So first of all… welcome. We’re really glad you’re here.

We’re Lisa & Angie, the co-founders of Wotherwill Group, and the faces behind the conversations around habits, wellness, leadership, and sustainable growth.

The work we do is rooted in one belief:
small actions, repeated consistently, can change the way we lead, live, and show up for ourselves.

Not through pressure.
Not through perfection.
And definitely not through “one more thing” added to an already full plate.

We teach practical wellness and habit strategies that fit into real life. The kind that help people feel more grounded, energized, supported, and capable in both work and life.

No decision.
No plan to stop.

Just a day where it doesn’t happen.

Then another.

Not because you chose that.

Because it shifted quietly enough

When we step into a room, our goal is never just to “do a presentation.” We want people leaving with fresh perspective, practical strategies, meaningful conversations, and ideas they can actually use long after the event ends.

From leadership conferences to team development days and interactive workshops, every session is customized to the people in front of us. Thoughtful. Engaging. Actionable. And yes, usually filled with a lot of laughter too.

They shift in small ones.

“I’ll do it after this.”
“I’ll skip today.”
“I’ll come back tomorrow.”

And each time, something gets reinforced.

Not perfectly.
Not permanently.

Just a little more clearly.

What you do in that moment
tends to repeat.

There’s a moment in habit building where this clicks:

“Habits don’t need to be impressive to be effective.”

The habits that last aren’t the ones that look good on paper.

They’re the ones that fit into a real Tuesday.

A five minute walk between meetings.
Refilling your water before your next task.
Pausing for a breath before you respond.

Not noticeable. Just repeatable.

And repeatable habits are the ones that change things.

Most people aren’t doing too little.

They’re trying to start at a level they can’t sustain.
