Momentum isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you create.

We chose to show up… without proof it would work, without a clear roadmap.

Just action.

And that action? It compounded.
Small steps, repeated, building something we couldn’t see yet.

Six years later, we’re still doing the same thing. On repeat.

Showing up. Taking the next step. Staying in it.

Because that’s where everything changes.

Something fascinating about habits is how quickly they begin shaping the story we carry about ourselves.

When we believe we’re inconsistent, our brain notices every missed day. But when we begin to see ourselves as someone who returns to small actions, those moments start to stand out instead.

Each small follow-through becomes evidence that you can rely on yourself.

And over time, that evidence starts to change the way you see who you’re becoming.
