Our friend is back at Baby and Me this week to talk about perinatal mental health and care ❤️ Jennifer is a doula, parent, and perinatal mental health advocate in addition to being the Volunteer Support Coordinator for Manitoba’s chapter of 💪🏼 she will be sharing her experience and knowledge with our group this week in our safe and supportive space.
