Would you like to come to Costa Rica with me? I'm offering another retreat November 24-December 1, 2024. Come to rest, reset and have a wonderful nature inspired vacation.
Your retreat will include 7 days and 7 nights accomodation at the Eco Lodge Tierra de Suenos, all meals, transportation to and from the retreat centre as well as the retreat program. The food is local and delicious and all allergies or food restrictions can be accommodated. The cozy bungalows are set in the jungle. They are screened so you can hear all the sounds of nature as you fall asleep and when you wake up in the morning.
We'll do 2 yoga classes per day, one in the morning and one in the evening. You will also receive group Reiki. You will have plenty of time to explore: relax at the beach on the beautiful blue Caribbean Ocean, optional activities such as hikes to waterfalls where you can cool off and swim, snorkel at a National Park, kayak or a rainforest hike. Wellness experiences are also an option, infrared sauna, massage in the open air studio. I had one last year and it was phenomenal!
Costa Rica is an eco-friendly country. Commitment to the environment is number #1.
Cost for the retreat is $2114.00 Canadian. This includes accommodations, all meals, transportation to and from the retreat, and the retreat program.
We can work out a payment arrangement over the next year.
Airfare is not included.
