Great tips for longevity. Similar to a Mediteranean diet, which focuses on healthy fats, and whole grains and foods, this list suggests one tweak which suggests replacing one animal based protein per day with a plant based protein per day. Which could include legumes, quinoa, organic soy, rice/bean combo which is a perfect protein together. A plant based protein powder in a smoothie is an easy option, which is the one i usually do, with either Orgain or Vega brand protein powders, in a smoothie.

Supplements for longevity include omega 3-6-9, NAD or NMN taken with Resveratrol, Curcurmin with Pepper or Meriva formulation, super foods and greens for detox such as Spirulina, Chlorella, mixed greens powders to add to your smoothie. Collagen also something that declines with age, so good quality collagen supplement , powder added to a smoothie or liquid form, or via bone broth, or both. Antioxidants overall. Vitamin D with K and Mag taken together for absorption to help bone health.

These supplements support immune function, brain health, DNA health, ATP levels for energy , liver support for clearing toxins, bone health, skin and joint health.

So started making flower essence. I am blessed with the house I am in, as there are many daisies that come up wild along the driveway, in the yard and in my garden. I try to keep them and not pull them up.

A little bit of Shaman work and wisdom here.

Everything in this world has a frequency, energy,⚡️ and essence.💧 Each tree, plant and flower also has its own energy, healing properties, and essence. The ancients have always known this. Our North American Indigenous also know this. This was, and is, their medicine. Whether through ingested herbs, foods, as an essential oil, or in the land and garden to heal, anchor and bring its healing properties or essence to the land 🏞and those near it.

The Daisy 🌼 brings the energy of the child,🥳 of purity,🕊 the pure nature heart of a child or baby,👼 innocence, laughter, joy, playfulness. 🤸⛹️‍♀️🤗💖🧚‍♀️🧜‍♀️

Working with it in a flower essence form or oil form, it is used to help heal our inner child, our childhood wounds, trauma, clearing grief from our childhood, helping us to be more pure in our modern day human selves in a very busy world filled with TV, internet, too much conflicting information and energy, traumatized energy, heightened energy of anger and judgment. ❣️🌼

The daisy brings us back to that sweet childhood self. Filled with wonder, curiosity, love for everything without judgment, 🤗
Just because that is who we are as souls and what we are and have always been meant to do and to be. Even Yeshua has taught this, to be as a child. With love, wonder, and innocence. 💜🤍🩷

The more we can do this, to laugh at ourselves, to bring silliness and play to our lives, we soften, our barriers drop, the blocks release, the hearts open,💞 we feel at peace with ourselves, we feel the life we have wanted to have had or perhaps felt robbed of.🙏🫶❣️ Or perhaps to heal our mother wounds. Even parenting our own inner child self. 🤱👩‍🍼🧑‍🍼

We can re-parent ourselves. We can heal inner world trauma, birth trauma, grief, feeling lost or forgotten. Using healing medicine with flower essence can do this, I am learning more.📚

By using a very small amount of the flower essence, we bring it into our energy, we ask it for a blessing, we ask for what we would like help healing, placing drops of the essence under the tongue. Allowing its energy to help bring healing. Meditate with it. Use it after energy healing or massage session or other therapy. 🌍🙌🛁📝

How to make it, based on the Bach flower essence method:🌞🙌🌼

When the flowers are carefully picked or trimmed, after saying a prayer to the plant asking permission first, the flowers are then placed in spring water in a clear glass bowl, then set on the ground, in full sunlight. Say a prayer over it. I send ot reiki energy. And thank the plant and flowers for alloeing you to work with it. Place it in direct sun 🌞 for 3 to 5 hours, allowing the sun to activate the flowers, allowing the energy of the flower to enter the water. The flowers are then removed and gifted back to the earth. Never tossed out. The water is filtered. Then using most commonly brandy, or vinegar for non-alcoholic version, create a 50:50 blend, placing it into smaller tinted glass dropper bottles. Then label and store in cool dark room. When ready to use, simply place a few drops of the essence under the tongue. Allowing its to work. Let it communicate to you. Be centered in your heart first. Focus on love. On its love and energy. 🙌🩷💞🌼🫶⚡️👼🤗🌞

A lot of us are in the future timelines in order to bring a little more light to the present. The present needs light right now; the present needs a lot of light, a lot of love, a lot of healing. There are a whole group of you on the planet who've gone ahead a few years energetically and as a soul and are living there waiting for everyone else to catch up. And because you've gone there in your consciousness and your awareness, you are seeding that energy now to help people over the bridge.

Start thinking about your future and the future of the world as a more transformed place, space, and way of living. It's really important for those of us who can feel a rising consciousness that's not only here right now, but that there's a different future ahead for us that's possible - to see it, to feel it, and to bring a seed of that energy here to now. It's very important - more important than we may even realize.

And breathe....practice the pause. Feel within..follow the tension or emotions or triggers. Is it bringing up something? Is it helping with a healing process? Is it mirroring something within you? Where do you feel it in your body? Send love to the tension. Send breath. Send healing energy. Its hard when we feel it deep in our heart. Or our soul. Sometimes it just hits us. If it hits too hard, back off from the energy or emotion of it a bit but don't run from it or shut it down. Just work through it slowly. And love yourself through it all.❤️🙏🫶

So I just had a healing session by a sound healer this week using tuning forks. It was so powerful.⚡️⚡️⚡️
When she assessed my energy field, the one thing she said was that although my energy was wide open at my crown, and my soulstar chakra was also very connected to me and wide open and "turned on", I had narrow energy at my feet and earth star chakra was sitting at my feet,(rather than deeper below me by a couple of feet) indicating I was not grounded what so ever. She said "You need to ground a whole lot more!!"🌳👣🌎

To do this:
Connect your root chakra and chakras at bottom of your feet daily to Gaia by imagining roots going down from your feet, and root chakra at your tail bone, to the core of the earth, to then ground and connect deeply to Gaia and the Earth, to be both connected and grounded in this earth realm, and to your body. Physical activity and exercise with breath work to connect to your body and then to your heart, are great ways to start your day and be grounded here and now.

This helps with mental focus, being present, working through anxiety and better equipped to heal your body by being connected and in tune with your body and with life around you. It also brongs a state of peace and calm to your energy, without being frazzled.

While life in the ethers is always there, we don't need to be always working in the realm of spirit. And if you do, do it grounded here and now to be anchored, then fly high! ✨️🌈🌠🪐😇⚡️

If you meditate or do energy work, astral travel or channel, this is even more crucial. I find going for a walk in nature helps. Or just around my neighborhood and seeing the birds and squirrels and trees around me. There is so much in our physical world to be present with and to appreciate! ❤️🫶🙏🌎🌳🦋🌸👣

So love this. I was in a spiritual bubble for several years but then returned to my career in nursing. And now I embody what I learned and bring my love and energy and wisdom to my work. And share it as needed. To be part of the world, the community, to teach, lead, be a change maker, to care for others, to show another way of holding ourselves or to see the world or problems in a different way.

Self-love is the ability to be good to yourself, no matter who isn’t good to you. As your self-worth elevates by treating your heart to the friendship, support, honor, and validation you deserve, you become less resonant with those who say one thing and do another, make promises only to break them on a regular basis, or take their unprocessed pain out on you. When self-love is active, you are able to honor anyone’s potential, while not placing yourself in toxic partnerships, from a standpoint of “what if.” In self-love, you are able to have a point of view, establish healthy boundaries, and utilize the power of your voice — all from the graceful power of an open heart. In self-love, you don’t need the agreement of others to be set free.

Instead, you just need time and space to align with your true essence, cheering, cherishing, and accepting your way into an unwavering depth of clarity, confidence, and inspired action that only your love can activate in you. In time, other members of your soul tribe will appear. What often calls them forward into your reality is how consistently you are willing to emotionally support yourself. This is why it is essential to love yourself more, not less. Not just as a modality in response to emotional triggers, but as an embodied living practice that becomes as essential to your soul as your breath is for the body. And, when knowing how each “I love you” simultaneously sends blessings to every heart on a quantum level, you come to realize the most direct way to heal yourself and transform the planet occurs within the same heart-centered space.
