Happy September 1st to you all! I have some SUPER exciting news to share.

I am thrilled to announce that I have officially signed on for another year at our beloved studio location in the heart of The Exchange District.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our amazing supporters, clients, and friends who have been part of the Moonstone Holistics journey so far. Your unwavering support and encouragement have been instrumental in the success of the studio we've all come to love.

This studio has been our sacred sanctuary, where we heal, grow, and build our community TOGETHER. It has witnessed countless moments of inspiration, dedication, and collaboration. I couldn't be happier to continue this journey right here, in the same spot that holds so many cherished memories and where I have met so many people that I now call friends.

As we embark on another year of wellness, we will continue to work closely with other healers, practioners, sound healers, and yoga instructors to keep capturing moments that will leave you breathless.

Join us for this foundational two-day Reiki course where you will learn Reiki history, mind/body fundamentals, and, of course, Reiki theory & application. Level ine starts September 17 and Level 2 is October 8th.

You will receive the Level I Reiki attunement that is designed to build your Reiki practice and connect you with the universal life force enegy. In Level I, the focus is on self-healing with the intent to open and expand your perspective. Here, we begin to explore Reiki as an everyday philosophy, and instruction will be given on specific ways to incorporate Reiki into your daily life.

In Level 2, we will explore working with and treating others. The first three Reiki symbols, advanced treatment techniques, and be introduced to the concept of distant/remote healing. You will receive the Level II Reiki attunement, and time will be given to at this time, and upon completion, you will be a certified Reiki Practioner.

For as long as humans have existed, signs and sigils have been significant. Used as symbolic representations of energy or to evoke a desired outcome, when placed on our bodies, or even on objects and food, these symbols carry with them the potent energy of our intention. Symbols and sigils can be used for protection, manifestation, attraction, and various other ways. They can be used to help us create our reality, making them a powerful force in our daily lives.

Join us at Moonstone Holistics in the Exchange on September 24th from 2pm-4pm, as we kick off the evening with a teaching on symbols and how we can use them in our daily lives!

Through a combination of harmonic sound, voice, and silence, we will guide you on a journey to the spirit realm (or "extra-ordinary reality") for deep healing of the soul. On September 14, at 7-830 PM, We invite you to come together for a healing and supportive community experience. This group Breathwork and Reiki Series is designed to promote healing, community, and growth.

Meeting other people interested in promoting wellness and healing is a great way of increasing our own energy and creativity. Everyone is welcome. No previous experience is necessary.

Reiki is provided during and after the practice of the active breath. This combination promotes greater movement in the body and can deepen the clearing, relaxing, and rejuvenating effects of breathwork. This session promotes greater release and transmutation than either of the practices alone.

"Recover and Rest" is for people who struggle with taking time for themselves and are looking for practical, somatic tools to move through their anxiety. They need a f*cking break. They want to show up for others but first they need to show up for themselves and regulate in a compassionate, heart centred way.
