Shoutout to on her transformation. She started Online Training with me back in October and all I can say is she’s very consistent and her progress shows. Here’s what she has to say about the online training program:
Q: when did you start?
Gym sign up date March 24th, 2022

Q: What was the problem you were trying to solve?, did I help you with it?,
Everything haha from wanting to feel better physically and emotionally, finding more confidence in myself, re-habilitating/strengthening muscles around my left knee (reconstruction acl surgery back in 2018), 100% helped.
Q: what's your favorite part of training or having a trainer?
Having more of a consistency/structure on what to work on each week, going out of my comfort zone and pushing myself to go a little harder. Definitely saw more of a progression with pt.
Q: what are advantages of online training
The flexibility on when to do the workouts, taking my time and being able to refer back to my exercise history.
Q: would you recommend it to a friend?
I would.
