✨ Reflecting on a season of growth and connection! 💫 From finding balance to embracing inner strength, our teen yoga sessions have been a transformative journey.
These young ladies are amazing and I’m honoured to have spent 75 mins with them each week as we dived into Pilates, yoga and so much more!
Each pose, each breath, has taught us resilience, mindfulness, and the power of self-love. Through yoga, we’ve discovered:
1. **Resilience:** Learning to bounce back from challenges both on and off the mat.
2. **Mindfulness:** Cultivating a present moment awareness that enhances every aspect of life.
3. **Self-Love:** Nurturing a positive relationship with ourselves and embracing our unique strengths.
4. **Inner Strength:** Tapping into our inner reservoirs of courage and confidence.
5. **Stress Relief:** Finding calm amidst the chaos of teenage life.
6. **Emotional Balance:** Managing emotions with grace and understanding.
7. **Healthy Habits:** Instilling lifelong practices that support physical and mental well-being.
8. **Finding our Voice:** We shared each time we met with a question and theme. We had open discussions about our week. Highs and lows. Stresses and celebrations. We created a safe environment to be heard and to listen. I’m forever grateful for their trust and openness 🙏🏽🤍
As we wind down our session we planned a field trip to .winnipeg
where we celebrate movement, wellness, community, friendships, self care, and FUN!
I’m hoping the girls take with them not just what we’ve learned on the mat, but the lifelong friendships and inner wisdom gained.
