This is online coaching built for high-functioning women.

Christine is the founder of the Winnipeg Women’s Community and the Winnipeg Women’s Conference, the largest women's conference in Canada. She is a mom of two, leads teams, builds platforms, and manages a full, demanding life.

And this is why she chose Infinity’s online coaching program.

Convenient, yes.

But also because it provides structure, efficiency, and support — on her terms.

Our online coaching program is designed for women who already show up and perform at a high level, but want their health and fitness supported without adding more to their plate.

What that looks like in practice:

✨ A personalized nutrition + fitness plan built around your schedule
✨ Clear direction so you’re not guessing or overthinking
✨ Ongoing check-ins and real coach feedback
✨ Accountability without extra appointments, driving, or logistics
✨ Support from an all-female team of certified coaches and trainers who actually get it

Christine didn’t need another commitment.

She needed a system that worked in the background while she focused on everything else.

This is online coaching for high achieving women who want results, clarity, and support, without rearranging their lives to get them.

🎥 Watch Christine share why this works for her.

Most women don’t come to us because they “don’t know what to eat” or “need a harder workout.”

They come in tired.
Second-guessing themselves.
Carrying guilt for missing days, resting, or needing support at all.

So yes — we coach fitness and nutrition.
But we also coach women through letting go of the guilt that keeps them stuck.

Guilt for taking time for themselves.
Guilt for having off days.
Guilt for not doing everything perfectly.

A lot of programs focus on doing more.
More discipline. More pressure. More rules.

We focus on helping women stop feeling guilty for being human.

That’s the difference.

If you’re ready for support that actually meets you where you’re at, book a discovery call or come see us in person.

You don’t need to white-knuckle this anymore.

The 5 supplements every woman over 40 should be taking. And why.

I take these myself.
I recommend them to the majority of my clients.
They’re backed by research, not trends. ✅

1. Vitamin D ☀️
If you live in Winnipeg and you’re not supplementing, you’re almost guaranteed to be deficient for a good chunk of the year. Our winter sunlight simply isn’t enough.
Vitamin D supports mood, immune health, bone density, and muscle function.
I’ve been supplementing for years, and I’ve given it to my daughter since birth during the darker months.
For transparency, I personally take 4000 IU daily, which is the tolerable upper limit for adults.

2. Magnesium (glycinate or bisglycinate) 😴
Critical for sleep quality, stress tolerance, muscle recovery, and nervous system support. Many women are low without realizing how much it’s impacting energy and mood.

3. Omega-3s (EPA/DHA) 🧠❤️
Supports heart health, brain function, joint health, and inflammation control. As estrogen shifts, cardiovascular risk increases, and most women aren’t getting enough from food alone.

4. Protein 🍗
Yes, it counts.
Adequate protein is essential after 40 to preserve muscle, support metabolism, regulate blood sugar, and maintain strength and independence. Optimal protein = 0.7-1g per pound of desired body weight, which translates to at least 100g a day for most women.

5. Creatine monohydrate 💪
Not just for athletes.
Supports lean muscle, strength, recovery, and cognitive health as we age. The research here is strong.

Important reminder ⚠️
Supplements don’t replace sleep, movement, strength training, or real food. They support the foundation when life, hormones, and long winters are working against you.

If you’re tired of guessing and piecing this together on your own 👇

Our personalized health and fitness plans bring everything together. Food, fitness, supplementation, lifestyle, and accountability, all tailored to you and your life stage.

No extremes. No generic plans.
Just smart, sustainable strategies that actually work for women over 40.

We’ve always had a soft spot at Infinity for young female athletes who care about doing things well — not just pushing harder, but building strength, confidence, and self-awareness along the way.

Shoutout to India for hitting 5 unassisted pull-ups this week! What most people don’t see is how long that actually took. Every additional rep took weeks. It felt like forever at times. Long stretches with just a literal inch of progress.

But she stayed consistent. She kept doing the work. She trusted the process.

That’s how real strength is built. Rep by rep. Week by week. Effort stacked on effort until one day you realize you’ve hit a goal that once felt out of reach.

India’s biggest challenge isn’t whether she can achieve hard things — she definitely can. It’s learning how to slow down, protect her mental health, and enjoy the process while she's chasing the next goal. That balance matters, and it’s something we work on just as intentionally as strength.

1% better every day. Body and mind. 💪🏼🧠
So proud of you, India! You earned this.

If you’re a Winnipeg female athlete who’s serious about developing strength, confidence, and longevity on and off the playing field — this is the kind of work we do.

If you’ve ever felt stuck in a bad relationship with food and sick of feeling awful in your own body, this will hit home.

Zoey has lived that reality.

Zoey knows what it’s like to feel powerless around food.
Stuck in cycles that never seemed to work.
Feeling tired, disconnected, and frustrated in her own body.

But she was done living that way.

Learning how to fuel herself properly didn’t just change her habits — it changed how she felt, how she moved, and how much trust she had in her own body. That lived experience is the foundation of how she coaches today.

Zoey is a certified personal trainer with advanced education in nutrition and performance, a hybrid athlete, and a HYROX competitor. She understands strength, endurance, recovery, and fueling because she’s studied it, practiced it, and lived it.

But what truly sets her apart is how she coaches.

✨ She cares about human connection.
✨ She's passionate and empathic.
✨ Her empowering energy is contagious.
✨ She’s thoughtful and tuned in — the kind of coach who listens closely and adjusts because she genuinely wants you to feel better, not just do more.

You’re not a number. You’re a unique person that deserves personalized attention — and your coaching should reflect that.

Zoey is now accepting new coaching clients at Infinity.

🤔 "I know what to do, I'm just not doing it.”

🤯 “I’m doing what I’ve always done, but it’s just not working anymore.”

😵‍💫 "I know I need to prioritize this. I just don’t know where to start anymore.”

🤨 I'm tired over taking care of everyone but myself. I need to make a change."

If any of those thoughts have crossed your mind lately, you’re not alone.

Most women who come to us aren’t beginners.
They’re smart, capable, and busy.
They know the basics. They’ve tried before.

What’s missing isn’t effort — it’s follow-through.

Full schedules, decision fatigue, and changing hormones make consistency harder than it used to be. Old strategies stop working, and starting over gets exhausting.

That’s exactly why we rebuilt our online coaching.
This program is for high-achieving women who want:

• clear priorities instead of overwhelm
• real accountability that actually supports follow-through
• personalized nutrition + training
• results without adding more to their plate
This is not beginner coaching.

It’s structured, efficient support designed to fit real life now.

Real talk: mom burnout.

The demands of single mom + entrepreneur life have been kicking my ass lately.

Since December 27, I’ve been highly motivated. Fired up. Turning New Year goals into action. I’ve been operating in what feels like double-time mode, with no real off switch. The entrepreneurial side of me is thriving. We have so many exciting things coming at Infinity this year: new online programs, a menopause course, workplace wellness initiatives, and more specialized classes. Nearly everyone is at capacity with in-person coaching. It’s a good problem to have.

But I put a lot of pressure on myself to keep up, keep grinding, keep growing. And as always, my life becomes unbalanced.

On top of that, I’ve had my daughter 100% of the time for the last several weeks. On a normal week, I have her 6 out of 7 days, with one short 24-hour window that’s just for me. That time is precious. It’s how I reset. My daughter is my everything, but holy crap, I need a break sometimes.

What feels overwhelming is that it doesn’t stop. My schedule is overpacked until mid-March. My saving grace is that I’m off to Jamaica on January 31 for a week. Last winter, I didn’t take a hot vacation and regretted it. Seasonal depression is real.

I do not wear being overworked like a badge of honor. I don’t wish stress, anxiety, or overwhelm on any mom, even though we’ve all felt it. I struggle constantly with balance, but that really is the key to a good life, isn’t it? And anything worth having takes effort. It doesn’t come easy.

On Friday, my therapist said something that stuck with me. She told me she was proud of me. I immediately recognized what was happening, named it, and now I can adjust. And she’s right. Even though I’m in a bit of survival mode right now, this is actually slow and steady progress compared to previous years, when I would live in a state of anxiety for weeks or months without adapting or being proactive. So shout-out to small wins.

Life is hard. Life is hard for everyone. And I’m choosing my hard the best I can.

I’m hitting the gym, my sanctuary. Reflecting more. Delegating. Saying no. Taking time to have fun. And even so, it’s still fu***ng hard. As a solo, full-time mom to a busy and needy four-year-old while running a busy business, there’s no getting around that.

So here’s my plan. Maybe something here resonates with you too.

✔️ Book the vacation. YOLO.
✔️ Move daily. This Step Challenge we’re running at Infinity has been incredible for my mental health. Yesterday, Oakley complained, “Why are you on your walking pad so much? You’re always walking instead of playing with me.” (and for context, if I don't play with her 24/7 it's not good enough for her)

I told her: “Because it makes me a better person, sweetie. It puts me in a better mood, gives me energy, and makes me feel good. Then I can be a better mom for you.”

✔️ Not skipping the gym when life feels unmanageable. Because that’s always when I need it most.
✔️ Staying organized and having a plan. I love my new 2026 day planner. Checking off even basic tasks like emptying the dishwasher, getting ready, or tidying up 500 toys counts as a win some days.
✔️ Microdosing. I’ll just put that out there. After hearing nearly every keynote speaker talk about it at a health conference last year and having it recommended by several trusted health practitioners I work with, I gave it a try and it’s been supportive for me. 🍄
✔️ Therapy. Holy crap. Therapy. Everyone benefits from it.
✔️ Gratitude, breathing, reflection. I’m not perfect at this, but I know it works.

So that’s where my head is at.

The struggle is real. I’m doing my best. It’s fu***ng hard. But I’m alive. I’m sober. I’m probably doing better than I think. And I’ll continue to chip away.

Nobody is perfect, but progress beats perfect. And we’re all just works in progress, trying to get 0.1% better every day.

🚨If your mood feels off lately — edgy, anxious, foggy, exhausted, or you’re gaining belly fat for no clear reason — this is for you.

You’re not failing. And you’re definitely not imagining it.

Here’s a jaw-dropper most women are never told:

👉 As many as 1 in 3 adults in Canada are living with diabetes or prediabetes — meaning blood sugar instability is far more common than people realize.

And women?
We’re at even greater risk during perimenopause and beyond.

As estrogen and progesterone fluctuate, your body becomes more sensitive to blood sugar swings. That’s why so many women suddenly experience:

• Mood swings
• Anxiety or irritability
• Brain fog
• Intense cravings
• Low energy
• Stubborn belly fat

🍞🍞 When carbs aren’t paired properly, portions creep up, or quality is low — blood sugar becomes unstable and can lead to:

• Sugar crashes
• Cortisol (stress hormone) spikes
• Increased fat storage (especially around the midsection)
• Feeling wired, tired, or emotionally off

✨ The good news?
You don’t need a perfect diet.
You don’t need to cut carbs.

You need to learn how to support blood sugar and hormones together — especially in this phase of life.

🥦💪 At Infinity, our team of certified nutritionists, trainers, and women’s wellness coaches personalize nutrition, fitness, and habit strategies that help stabilize blood sugar, support hormones, and make your days feel noticeably easier.

🧠 And if symptoms persist?
That’s where Ann comes in. As a Nurse Practitioner, she looks deeper at things like iron, cortisol, thyroid function, insulin resistance, and perimenopause-related changes — and provides real clinical insight and treatment when needed.

Because mood changes, fatigue, belly fat, and “feeling off” aren’t just things you have to accept as normal.

Sometimes the most powerful progress happens when nutrition, movement, and medical care work together.
