My little spot in Manitoba experienced -35 (-48 windchill) yesterday and wowzers what a great reminder of how resilient nature is.

While I'm cozy inside, I often watch the trees and marvel at their tough-ness.

I send out a message to my email list every week and remembering our resiliency was its essence. We forget how much we have endured and how strong we really are.

A question came up - what if I can't come to all 5 dates. If you can attend the majority, please sign up as I have planned a way to make up missed classes AND I'd say no more than 2 missed dates would be ideal for you to receive the impact of this experience.

Dates: Feb 6, 13, 20, 27 and March 6 from 630-9pm in Manitou., MB at the St. John the Baptist church. $150 per person
