Due to severe weather and blizzard conditions with crazy winds today, I made a decision to close the office as all schools are closed and the roads are in very poor condition. My staff will have difficulty to make the office and many patients already canceled so stay home and safe . Visibility and driving conditions are being impacted by the winter storm.

As of Thursday morning, Manitoba 511 closed the following roads:

Highway 1 from Winnipeg to the Saskatchewan border;
Highway 7, from Road 229 to Arborg;
Highway 8, from Road 229 to Hecla Island;
Highway 9, from Road 229 to Highway 329;
Highway 17, from Poplarfield to Inwood;
Highway 68, from Road 229 to Poplarfield;
Highway 5, from Oberon to Saskatchewan Border;
Highway 10, from Cowan to Minnedosa;
Highway 16, from Minnedosa to Saskatchewan Border;
Highway 20, from Highway 5 to Pine Creek;
Highway 21, from Highway 1 to Highway 45;
Highway 45 from Highway 10 to Saskatchewan Border;
Highway 50, from Highway 5 to Highway 278;
Highway 68, from Sainte Rose du Lac to The Narrows;
Highway 83 from Highway 1, to San Clara;

Dear patients,
Winter driving has officially begun, and today the road conditions caused several late arrivals. I was only able to accommodate everyone because the third treatment room happened to be free — but this is not something I can guarantee every day, as our practitioners also rely on that space.

👉 Please plan extra time to drive to your appointment during snow or icy weather.
Arriving late affects the entire schedule, and unfortunately I cannot see patients if they are not checked in on time.

Today, due to multiple delays throughout the afternoon, I ended up leaving the clinic 45 minutes later than I was supposed to. These cascading delays make it very difficult for us to run the day smoothly.

Your help and cooperation during winter conditions are truly appreciated.
Your safety comes first — please drive carefully and give yourself extra time. 💙

✨ Welcome to the world, beautiful baby boy! ✨

Yesterday, this sweet little one made his arrival by C-section due to a breech position — healthy, strong, and absolutely perfect. 💙

This is the second baby of this wonderful mama who once struggled with infertility. I had the honour of treating her through both journeys — from fertility support to closely following each week of pregnancy. I last saw her just days ago, and I am so grateful everything went smoothly.

💫 Born: November 17
⚖️ Weight: 3.574 kg
📏 Length: 51 cm
👶 Baby boy N.T.

I’m not sharing any photos of the mama’s face to respect her privacy — just a precious moment of his tiny hand still at the hospital.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting my care through both of your miracle babies. Sending prayers for a smooth recovery so you can all be home together very soon.
