Smashed Broccoli Bites
Trying simple healthier swaps doesn’t have to be complicated.
Today I made these smashed broccoli bites and they turned out so good - crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside.
I drizzled a little olive oil on parchment paper, added boiled broccoli, smashed it with a glass, sprinkled my favourite spices, then topped it with lots of cheddar cheese before baking.
Such an easy snack idea when you want something comforting but still nourishing
