With over 15 years of experience supporting student learning, Nadia brings incredible warmth, experience, and dedication to our team. Her background includes conducting psychoeducational assessments and creating individualized learning programs that help children and youth understand how they learn best and how they can reach their full potential.

Outside the office, she’s a proud cheer mom, a card-game enthusiast (she never travels without a deck!), and the team’s unofficial Queen of Christmas.👑🎄 If there’s a holiday countdown happening, you can bet Nadia started it - and her festive excitement is absolutely contagious.

Say hello to Haley, one of our dedicated psychometrists!

Haley earned her Bachelors degree in Psychology degree from Western University and brings thoughtful care and compassion to every assessment. She has a famously sunny disposition and a soft spot for dogs - she’ll always take a moment to greet any furry friend she spots. She’s also the proud mom of her dog, Wally.

In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling to new destinations and heading out for a refreshing run. We’re grateful for the positivity and professionalism she brings to our team. ☀️🐶🌎🏃‍♀️

Field Update from Shoal Lake 40 ✨
Our team had a wonderful week in Shoal Lake 40 connecting with students and staff, at the Harvey Redsky Memorial School, through meaningful conversations, shared meals, and plenty of laughter. It’s always such a privilege to support young people and see their growth firsthand.

We even had the incredible opportunity to witness the northern lights — a beautiful reminder of the magic in the work we do and the communities we serve. 🌌

Thank you to everyone in Shoal Lake 40 for the warm welcome and partnership. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! 💙

We’re back busting more ADHD myths for ADHD Awareness Month! 💙

Today, let’s talk about a persistent misconception. Many people believe that only boys can have ADHD. But here’s the truth: ADHD affects people of all genders.

Because ADHD symptoms often look different in girls and women, like daydreaming, disorganization, or emotional sensitivity, it’s frequently underdiagnosed. While boys may show more hyperactive or disruptive behaviours, girls often present with inattentive symptoms, which can be overlooked.

The result? Many girls grow up struggling silently, only to receive a diagnosis later in life, sometimes not until adulthood.

Let’s break the gender bias and make space for everyone to be seen, heard, and supported.

We’re continuing to raise awareness for ADHD Awareness Month by unpacking common misconceptions about ADHD.

One of the most widespread belief is that ADHD only affects children and that they’ll eventually “grow out of it.” In reality, while the way symptoms show up can shift with age, many people continue to experience challenges well into adolescence and adulthood.

It's also important to note that changes in symptoms over time often reflect access to early identification, support, and intervention, not the disappearance of the condition itself.

With the right tools, people with ADHD can thrive at any age. Let’s keep pushing for early access to care, better understanding, and long-term support.
