Empower Play is the culmination of knowledge and experience of several Psychologists, Behaviour Consultants and Contractors who shared a common belief. That belief was that the way services for people with disabilities
are general designed do not work for the majority of struggling individuals. Empower Go is a Role Playing experience that seeks to provide realistic opportunities to kids and adults with challenges to learn and grow in a low risk environment. By interacting in designed social opportunities on a team, a participant is able to think their way through problems instead of emotionally responding to them. This practice has been clinically proven to translate to the real world outside, while the participants would perceive their involvement as a game. In Alberta, this program bolstered a stunning 93% success rate and I couldn't be more proud and excited to to bring it back to my hometown. Heroes get ready to be empowered through play!
