I have to say, Clara Roberts-Oss has become my most recent fave instructor on Gaia. I love her no-nonsense cueing that avoids any superfluous wording. She allows for silence as well. This was my midday practice today.

Sadly, the studio where I offer my classes, Collective Soul Space, of which I'm a founding member of the not-for-profit cooperative that runs it, will be temporarily closing until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was an incredibly difficult decision to make, but as soon as the curve has flattened and we get the "all-clear" from the government agencies in charge, we will welcome you all back with open arms and warm hugs.

I will be looking at posting some videos and yoga and healthy lifestyle tips in the meantime. Take good care of yourselves!
