Today, on World Mental Health Day, I’m reflecting on how deeply our wellness is tied to connection to land, to community, to care that truly meets us where we are.

In the North, many still face barriers to support. It’s not a lack of strength, it’s a lack of access. Healing takes more than resilience; it takes compassion, safety, and the ability to heal in a place that feels like home.
