We are thrilled to share that Dr. Shahin Moslehi, ND, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND)!

This is more than a personal achievement — it’s a meaningful step toward strengthening the national voice of naturopathic medicine, especially for those practicing in rural, remote, and northern regions.

Dr. Moslehi brings lived experience and a deep commitment to equitable care, working to ensure that the needs of underserved communities are meaningfully represented and included at the national level.

As a board member, Dr. Moslehi will advocate for:
✨ Policy action that supports access to naturopathic care for Indigenous Peoples across Canada
✨ Improved mobility and recognition of NDs across provinces and territories
✨ Integration of naturopathic doctors into team-based models of care
✨ A unified, inclusive, and forward-thinking vision for the profession

It is officially naturopathic medicine week!!! If you missed Dr. Moslehi's complementary lecture tonight, don't worry because there are many other events occurring this week. The next free event
is occurring tomorrow Tuesday, May 12 at Northern United Place 7-8:30pm. Dr. Nicole Redvers, ND will be discussing Home Remedies for Family Health.
