Reflexology offers a gentle, supportive way to encourage deep relaxation and support your natural sleep–wake rhythm.

During a foot zoning (reflexology) session, the entire body is addressed through specific reflex points on the feet. If sleep is a concern, extra attention can be given to reflex areas associated with the nervous system, endocrine system, and stress regulation.

The reflex area corresponding to the pineal gland is located on the top, inner aspect of the big toe. The pineal gland plays an important role in regulating circadian rhythms and melatonin production. Gentle, intentional pressure is applied to this reflex to help the body’s natural sleep processes by calming the nervous system and promote a state of relaxation.

How cool is that?!

This point is connected to the solar plexus, a major network of nerves located in the upper abdomen.

The solar plexus is part of the autonomic nervous system — the system that controls the automatic functions of your body, including:

• heart rate
• digestion
• breathing patterns
• the stress or “fight-or-flight” response

It functions as a communication hub, sending signals between the brain and many of the internal organs, especially within the abdomen. Because of this, the solar plexus is closely linked to how we experience stress, relaxation, and emotional balance.

Hi, I’m Eden 🤍
I live in a small town in southern Alberta, and caring for others has always been at the heart of who I am.

I was introduced to reflexology through a family friend, which first sparked my curiosity. Later, during a time when my physical, mental, and emotional health were struggling, a friend’s mother offered reflexology to me. That experience truly changed things for me.

Reflexology helped regulate my nervous system and gave me a space to fully relax, unwind, and simply be—even when true rest felt impossible. I felt calmer, more grounded, and deeply restored.

That experience inspired me to begin my own journey into reflexology. Now, I’m here to offer others the same sense of care, healing, and balance that I received. My goal is to support your well-being in all aspects of life and provide a peaceful space to relax, reset, reconnect, and heal in an ever-moving world.
