Off-ice work makes on-ice performance unstoppable
We’re helping athletes move better, play stronger, and stay in the game longer with MNDFL Athletics — cross-training and dryland sessions designed specifically for hockey players.
Our sessions blend Reformer, Mat, and Stability Chair Pilates with athletic dryland training like mobility, core work, balance, and coordination drills. This combination helps athletes improve power, and control while deepening their mind-body connection and building total-body strength that translates directly to their game.
* We’re running our first U18 Athletic Session this Thursday at 11:00 AM in-studio — only six spots available.
Teams can also request bookings for groups or team dryland sessions through our website under MNDFL Athletes — with custom training options for all age levels.
Let’s build stronger, faster, more connected hockey players — on and off the ice.

At MNDFL, we love seeing couples, partners, and friends move together.
Movement connects us—through shared challenge, laughter, and support. Whether you’re on a Reformer, at the barre, or flowing on the mat, Pilates has a way of strengthening more than just your body.
Our space is open to every mover—men, women, athletes, beginners, and everyone in between. Come find your rhythm together and see how movement can deepen connection in and out of the studio.

We’re so grateful for movers like Whitney who make our studio what it is — warm, welcoming, and full of good energy. 💛 Her first Reformer class left her feeling challenged, supported, and inspired to bring her mom next time (we love that!).
If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates — this is your sign. Come experience the MNDFL atmosphere for yourself. 🧘♀️

🚨 6 Pilates Myths That Are Holding You Back 🚨
Most people think Pilates is just stretching or an “easy workout”… but the truth? It’s body engineering. 🧠⚡️
From NFL athletes to active agers, movers use Pilates to:
✔️ Rewire their nervous system
✔️ Recover faster + prevent injuries
✔️ Build real strength without crushing joints
✔️ Move smarter, longer, and stronger
Pilates isn’t about “looking toned.” It’s about unlocking performance, longevity, and resilience that traditional workouts miss.

Thank you so much for visiting my page! I'm so excited you're here learning about MNDFL Movement Studio!
My name's Taylor and I have a deep love and appreciation for ones' ability to use movement to attain so many different outcomes. Such as: gaining strength, recovering from injury, increased mobility, being your very best self, peace of mind, enlivened spirits, feeling sexy, confidence and empowerment and SO much more.
I'm also a dance teacher, a lover of all things outdoors, adventure seeker, and a total Jurassic Park Fan...not a fan of mosquitos. I am extremely passionate about continuous growth and learning. My ideal weekend? An outdoor adventure of any kind with the ones I love, exploring this beautiful earth OR a close second...in the studio of course!
I come from a dance background (20+ years) with my training in RAD Ballet (Examined up to Advanced 2 Vocational), Jazz, Lyrical, Novelty and Stretch. Currently, working towards my Pilates Instructor Certification. I have completed my Essential & Intermediate Reformer Instructor Course (taken at the CPC) along with Functional Anatomy Course (taken through Embody Pilates), Injuries & Special Populations (CPC), Progression Ballet Technique Certified, and Functional Anatomy (CPC).
I decided pilates had to become a bigger part of my life after the birth of my son.
Why Pilates?
I was on the look out for a safe place to build my core strength, help retain good posture, retain flexibility and provide a little brain gym to boot....and VOILA...I began my relationship with Pilates.
I truly believe that movement is magical and can transform our lives. As student and instructor student of the practice of Pilates, I want everyone to experience and understand the benefits it has to offer!
My goal is to assist you on your journey through life, by using movement to create a strong core foundation that will support you on any adventures to come!
I look forward to potentially sharing an adventure with you!
Tay
