As a emergency responder, its good to seek for help before u attend to a casualty than attend to a casualty alafu seek help. Always be prepared, carry ur gloves n pair of scissors. After u have trained then u will know the requirement. First aid skills r a basic need for each of us. Good morning.

*A casualty is the victim of the accident.
* available resources: unexpected emergency needs ur quick response. Lets say he is bleeding 4rm a cut. No kit.
