𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲

Things are not going to be 100% like we wanted. As a teacher, an ideal class is an utopia. Sometimes you have 1 student, sometimes you have 20. The studio might pay you well, or less. The weather could be super hot, or heavy rain. The students might think you're great, or not good enough. The beautiful thing about us, human, is that we are able to learn and adapt. But before that, we have to learn how to accept. The journey is rough, and no strong person comes with an easy past. In order to grow, we need to be strong. At the same time, we need to be soft. It's like two sided coin — they complete each other. Being able to teach is a blessing. As long as you're teaching from the heart — you'll be alright

May we all be each other lesson, and a lifelong learner

Tomorrow .bali going to announce the winner of their scholarship. I hope I will be able to win their 300hrs YTT 🙏🏽☺️

Timbangan turun = bahagia 
Timbangan naik = bencana, mood jadi bete, pokoknya salah 🙄 

Tapi tahu nggak? Setelah sering yoga dan pilates, berat badanku malah nambah 😅 tapiii lingkar pinggang dll. malah berkurang. Berdasarkan health.kompas.com ini diakibatkan dari massa otot yang bertambah (jadi bukan lemak ya)  

Ok, jujur genetika itu penting banget. Aku dari dulu memang susah gemuk, tapi dibalik badan yang dulu aku pikir ideal/kurus, ada: anxiety, self-doubt, sakit pinggang, gampang capek, skoliosis sampai sakitnya bikin nggak bisa tidur, syaraf kejepit, you name it. Jadi kalau kata jangan jadikan angka di timbangan untuk patokan kebahagiaan. Sekarang buatku, yang penting sehat secara fisik dan mental dulu, kemudian angka di timbangan itu jadi bonus.
