Renata & me we are honored to announce our upcoming Kundalini Activation Training, taking place this summer on the beautiful island of Bali, from October 15th to 18th.

This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to explore the depth of this transformative practice while being held by the powerful natural energy of the island. More details will be shared soon.

Our approach to Kundalini Activation bridges ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Each session is held as a dynamic and living field, where the nervous system, heart, and brain enter into a state of coherent interaction. Through the gentle co-activation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, the body is invited into regulation, openness, and expanded awareness.

Within this space, music, voice, and subtle touch act as catalysts—supporting shifts in neural pathways and influencing the flow of neurotransmitters associated with presence, emotional release, and well-being. This integrative process allows participants to access altered states of consciousness in a safe, embodied, and grounded way.
