LUZINDA Shiatsu has developed a unique, non-invasive therapy to stimulate the body’s self-healing powers.

The therapy involves the systematic application of manual pressure on the body, to treat a variety of illnesses. Shiatsu treatments have a regulatory influence on the autonomic nervous system, thereby improving organ function and reducing muscle tension. We at Luzinda focus primarily on Zen Shiatsu, which is performed on a futon bed on the floor. The manual finger pressure is not performed direct

ly on the patient’s skin but on the clothes. We ask therefore our patients to bring or wear comfortable clothing such as a home trainer and socks made of cotton if possible.
