In the past year, my journey has been guided by one intention: to get to know love more deeply. Each return to the practice is a gentle step in that direction, not about finding love, but about noticing what obscures it-the walls, the barriers, the patterns we have built against it again and again. AND seeing them with tenderness and compassion for ourselves and the story that brought us here.

From the start to the end, thank you for sharing practice called life/love.

Change is inevitable.
Through continuous practice (abhyāsa) a stable foundation (dṛḍha bhūmiḥ) gradually takes shape.
The path ahead may remain unknown, descending into unseen soil, into the darkness where roots take hold. A sense of letting go (vairāgya) steadies the mind in this uncertainty, easing the need to know how things will unfold.

Yet over time, steady effort gives rise to a firm and grounded base. From this stability, it becomes possible to offer oneself up to the inevitability of change.

“Silently repeating: I offer myself up to change, and I allow myself not to know.”

Inspired by Yoga Sūtra 1.14. and this focus of the month🫶🏼

When the light shifts

Everything moves through its own cycle. The seasons have turned, and with them, the years. Life has unfolded in many chapters. In all those shifts from light to dark and vice versa, through the many fragments in between, may we know for ourselves the brilliance
of our own unburdening.

In the past week, we came alive.

We supported each other as we stepped into new ways of being, learning to live more fully in our bodies, to trust them, to love them.

We opened up about our stories, our pain, our pleasure, and the parts of ourselves we usually keep hidden.

We honoured the difficult, beautiful paths that led each of us here.

We sat together in silence and in expression. We prayed in our own ways.

We cried, from joy, from grief, from the sheer release of being witnessed. We sang. We danced.

And through it all, we held each other.

Deeply grateful for this journey and everything that brought me here.

Gemäss der Yoga-Philosophie gibt es fünf Schichten – kośa –, durch die sich das Leben ausdrückt. Wie schaffen einen bewussten Raum, um diese Vielschichtigkeit unseres Seins zu erforschen – zu fühlen, auszudrücken und wahrzunehmen.

Gemeinsam bewegen wir uns durch:

🌀Kriyā & Prānāyāma (Reinigungsübungen & Atemlenkung)
🌀Meditation und Stille

Begleitet von sorgfältig ausgewählter Musik, Chants und Momenten der Ruhe lädt dich diese Praxis dazu ein, dich mit den verschiedenen Formen deines Seins zu verbinden.
