Kus Counselling I am a passionate therapist and health counsellor specializing in optimizing physical and mental well-being.

My drive originates from a desire to make a positive impact, and I experience deep satisfaction whenever my clients navigate life with greater ease, achieving profound happiness, health, and fulfilment. My approach blends effective tools from psychology and health science. Holding an MSc in Psychology and being a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I integrate evidence-based practices and holistic, personalized plans. I am also currently undergoing training as a nutritional therapist to enhance my holistic approach to client care. We work with thoughts and emotions, while also addressing lifestyle habits, diet, and supplementation, to help my clients feel better, think clearer and perform at their best. Within my practice, I integrate my background in the corporate world with my role as a therapist. This dual exposure enables me to merge real-world corporate insights with comprehensive psychological training, uniquely positioning me to connect with clients and comprehend the challenges they might encounter.
