Posture: Squat down on the toes, knees wide apart. Heels are touching, and raised up off the ground. Place the fingertips on the ground between the knees. Face is forward.
Breath & Movement: Inhale as you raise the hips up, keeping the fingertips on the ground, heels up, knees locked. Exhale down, face forward, knees outside of arms. 27 times. On the twenty seventh frog hips up folded forward, allow your body to be held by gravity, holding opposite elbows, gently swaying side to side to recalibrate your breath. Inhale gently rise up spreading your wings touching sky father exhale folding forward caressing mother earth, repeat 3x. On the third and final exhale meet hands into prayer down to your heart centre. Take a deep breath and pull up mulaband
