Continuous symptoms such as fatigue, exhaustion, boredom, stress and apathy are warning signs from your intelligent body that something is wrong.
You might choose to ignore the signs having an extra cup of coffee for an energy boost, a pill for physical pain, chocolate to compensate your longings or even extra work to not feel your stress 🙄.
The thing is, if you keep ignoring or avoid listening to your symptoms you cannot hear what your body tries to tell you...and you cannot hear your longings and deeper desires. And these longings and deeper desires are in fact your way to get clarity on your true potential and purpose in life.
