As Yoga is about non-judgment, a mindful summer bucket list is a list that "It’s Okay to Not Complete".
So we are sharing with you a list of 15 things you can do this summer to explore mindfulness, deepen your practice, and cultivate wellbeing.
🕉 Eat an entire meal in silence — pay attention to the taste and texture of the food
🕉 Get a mindfulness coloring book and spend an evening coloring
🕉 Go for a walk — with no phone, no music. just pay attention
🕉 Start a gratitude journal — and write in it what you are thankful for once a week
🕉 Take a 24-hour technology detox — no phone, Internet, TV
🕉 Change some of your daily activity — brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand, choose a different route to the shop use a different cup for your coffe!
🕉 Put on some music and dance — just move however your body wants to move
🕉 Take a class — art, painting, drumming, dance, cooking, knitting
🕉 Make a list of the things you love about yourself
🕉 Declutter an area in your house that’s driving you crazy
🕉 Watch a sunrise
🕉 Make a list of the top 10 things that help YOU reduce stress — and post it somewhere you will see it every day
🕉 Create a yoga corner or a calm-down space in your home. (A box of cards will feel just right there 😊)
🕉 Practice Yoga or meditate next to the sea, lake or river
