                                            Bending backwards in yoga and in life, asks for  strength, faith and surrender. 
On the mat, a backbend opens the heart space, stretches the front body, and challenges us to trust that you won’t fall when you release into the unknown. 
In life, it’s the same: sometimes we must open ourselves beyond comfort, soften where we’re tense, and find balance between courage and fear.
