Global Leprosy - Hansen's Disease

Leprosy Is also called Hansen's disease. Although less frequent nowadays: "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it."

Hansen's disease (Leprosy) can look like many skin diseases and as a result these are part of the specialty training of dermatologists in many countries:
-In India, Dermatologists are Leprologists

The goal of this page is to teach these diseases to all interested in dermatology:
-with clinical pictures and quizzes
-articles (English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Filipino/Tagalog)
-publications such as case reports where the disease was diagnosed after initially thought as being another one. This disease is considered as being eradicated in many countries, but one shouldn't forget that those who forget the past will live it again one day.
