                                            My body feels its leanest during fall and winter, and I’m setting the intention to rebuild my yoga practice by teaching less, realizing how over-teaching once pulled me away from my own journey. Letting go of sugar three months ago has been one of the best decisions for my body and gut health. This season, I’m focusing on strength, rhythm, and igniting that inner fire element. ☄️🔥
Gratitude for the body is a sacred part of my practice, and those who journey with me on the mat know this well. 🙏
