Coaching isn’t about putting on a mask or pretending to “have it all together.” It’s about showing up as you are — with all your thoughts, doubts, laughter, tears, your desires and your strengths.

🌿 What if your impatience was really anger… fear… or sadness in disguise? 🌿

👉🏼 Impatience is more than just being in a hurry

We often think of impatience as simply being “short on time” or “not able to wait.” But beneath the surface, impatience is actually a subtle form of anger.

✨ It can mask fear… of things not turning out the way we hope.
✨ It can hide sadness… when we long for something to change but feel powerless.
✨ It can build with stress… when our nervous system is already overloaded and every small delay feels like “too much.”

Impatience is your body’s way of saying: “I’m under pressure, and I don’t feel safe here.”

👉🏼 The good news? Noticing impatience is a sign of awareness. Instead of judging it, you can pause, take a breath, and ask yourself: What am I really feeling underneath this rush?

💡 One small tip: Next time you feel impatience rising, place your hand on your belly, inhale slowly for a count of 4, exhale for 6, and repeat three times. This simple shift signals safety to your nervous system and calms the stress response.

Often, you’ll find there’s something deeper asking for attention and that’s where real change begins…

✨ What stops us from getting from A to B? ✨

We all have a “B” — the place we long to reach. More energy, more balance, more confidence. A deeper sense of being ourselves.

But often something stands in the way:
🌿 Old routines that no longer serve us
🌿 Doubts and “what ifs” that drain energy
🌿 A lack of clarity on the next step…

Coaching creates the space to see clearly:

🌿 Who am I amidst the struggles of a loved one? 🌿

When someone close to us suffers, it can feel as if their pain becomes our own. The weight, the worry, the helplessness… it all settles in the body and heart.

But I remind myself:
I am not the pain.
I am not the struggle.
✨ I can choose who I am in the struggle.

Not by fighting it.
Not by running away.
Not by denying what is.
But by accepting it and choosing to simply be there with it.

💫 In those moments I come back to:
✨ My breath — steady, calming, present.
✨ My body — grounding me when my thoughts spiral.
✨ My being — the quiet space untouched by chaos.
✨ Peace and trust — even when the path ahead isn’t clear.

It doesn’t erase the pain of watching someone you love suffer. But it anchors me. It reminds me that I can hold space for them, and for myself without losing my own alignment.

🌸 Sometimes the greatest gift we can give to others is to stand rooted in our own presence. From there, love flows without fear, and strength rises without force.

This is also why I am so passionate about coaching… creating safe spaces where others can reconnect with themselves, find their own grounding, and rediscover that inner light even when life feels heavy.

💔 Als Mutter weiss ich, wie schwer es ist, wenn dein Kind psychisch leidet.
Man steht daneben, möchte alles leichter machen und spürt doch, dass Heilung ein Weg ist, den man nicht abkürzen kann…

Heute im Tages-Anzeiger habe ich den Artikel gelesen:
„Warum das Absetzen von Antidepressiva nicht immer auf Anhieb gelingt.“
Und er hat mich tief berührt…

Denn er zeigt, was ich selbst erfahren habe:
❗️Das Absetzen gelingt oft nicht beim ersten Versuch.
❗️Körperliche und psychische Symptome können auftreten und zwar heftig.
❗️Es braucht Geduld, Begleitung und vor allem Verständnis.

Doch wir dürfen es gar nicht erst so weit kommen lassen.
👉 Wir müssen früher hinschauen.
👉 Auf die kleinen Zeichen reagieren, statt sie zu übergehen.
👉 Und Medikamente nur dann einsetzen, wenn es absolut notwendig ist – nicht leichtsinnig als schneller Fix.

🌿 Meine Erkenntnis als Mutter und als Coach:
Heilung verläuft nicht planmässig und linear… Rückschritte gehören dazu und es braucht viel Liebe, Mut und das Gefühl, nicht allein zu sein, um diesen Weg zu gehen.

Als Coach sehe ich, wie Stress, Druck und Schweigen die Situation noch schwerer machen.

Coaching ersetzt keine Therapie, doch es schafft einen Raum, in dem Menschen:
✨ Gehalten sind.
✨ Gehört werden.
✨ Neue Stärke finden können.

💬 Mentale Gesundheit darf kein Tabu sein. Wir brauchen mehr Gespräche, mehr Verständnis und mehr Räume, in denen wir ehrlich sein dürfen!

✨ The Gift of Autonomy ✨

Alongside connection and belonging, one of our deepest human needs is autonomy – the sense that we have a choice.
That we have some control over how we live, act, and respond.

Autonomy doesn’t mean we can control everything (life makes sure of that!). But it does mean we can decide:
✔️ how we show up,
✔️ which direction we move toward,
✔️ what boundaries we create.

🌿 Why is this so important?
Because when we feel we have the power to make choices that align with our values everything changes:
✨ Our wellbeing improves
✨ Our resilience grows
✨ Our energy feels more sustainable
✨ Our confidence in who we are gets stronger

In my coaching practice, I see this transformation often. Women begin to thrive when they reclaim their sense of choice. For example:
💛 Choosing to nourish their body with care instead of convenience
💛 Deciding to pause and breathe instead of pushing past exhaustion
💛 Saying “yes” to what truly matters – and “no” to what doesn’t
💛 Structuring exercise in a way that energises rather than depletes and choosing the right kind of movement for the season in life at this moment
💛 Building rhythms & routines that create flow instead of pressure

🌿 The Power of Connection & Belonging 🌿
At the heart of our human experience lies one essential truth:
We are wired for connection.

Belonging is not a luxury, it’s a need… as vital as nourishment, movement, and rest. It shapes our resilience, our ability to navigate crises, and the strength with which we rise again.

In my own family, we have faced moments of deep uncertainty and crisis – times when answers were not clear, when the ground felt shaky. What made it bearable, what kept us moving forward, was not a perfect solution. It was presence.
…Holding space for one another.
…Allowing the messiness of emotions.
…Staying connected even when things felt fragile.

That is the essence of resilience.
Not the absence of pain or difficulty, but the presence of love, of being seen, of knowing we are not alone.

In my work as a holistic transformation and life coach, I see this often:
