Hi everyone!
Welcome to the page for my upcoming book,
"Managing Mad Mast Cells in Daily Life"!
This page is an additional way to introduce my book, alongside my website, www.mcas-book.com, where you can find more information and sign up for updates.
"Managing Mad Mast Cells in Daily Life" is designed to be a comprehensive guide for those dealing with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). It offers a candid account of my personal story with MCAS, explanations of the medical aspects of MCAS, psychological coping strategies, practical solutions for daily management, and insights into nutrition with a focus on restricted diets.
By offering relatable content and practical solutions, the book aims to be a valuable resource for those affected by MCAS, as well as their loved ones, caregivers, and friends. It is crafted to help everyone better understand and manage the condition.
I’ve included every helpful insight I’ve gained since my MCAD diagnosis in 2017. Medically reviewed and supported by over 350 scientific references, it is designed as a practical "how-to guide" for navigating your personal journey with MCAS. While MCAS is a complex and multifaceted condition and my insights may not address every single personal challenge you might face, I believe this book provides a thorough overview and a solid starting point for making your own discoveries.

The mailing list serves two purposes: first, to keep you informed about the book’s launch, and second, to demonstrate market demand to publishers.
While self-publishing is an option, traditionally published books generally have a wider reach, better PR, and are displayed in bookstores. Since there may be many people affected by MCAS who haven’t yet heard about it, I want this book available in bookstores so it can reach those who need it.
Understanding that privacy is a concern for many, I created this public page as an alternative. It allows you to support the book without needing to share personal information.
Thank you for your support and interest!
