“Getting older” will not be my excuse to stop pushing further.
After turning 55years old last week I’m determined to reach my old P.B of 200kgs.

You work all year to take a week or two holiday.
You work all your life to retire in old age.
Time goes very quickly and life is a short journey, so find a job that makes you happy
