Hello beautiful soul✨
I hope you had wonderful festive days and that the new year has started well for you.
And just like that… work, school, life — all switched back on again.
I consciously chose to step back from social media these past two weeks. No pressure to show up. Just digitally detox 🥰
Time with family and friends. We ate, laughed, skied, and truly enjoyed being together 🤍
And of course, I painted.
As always, just for myself, as art therapy.
So much so that I forgot to take pictures — which is usually the best sign 😉
This first Monday after the holidays always feels a little overwhelming to me. Suddenly I’m wide awake from winter sleep, diving into goals, opening Excel sheets, wanting to optimise everything at once.
This post is a reminder — for myself and for you:
We can handle it. 😎
No rush. One step at a time.
Finding our rhythm again. Back into action.
And may we stay grateful, because every single day is a gift 🤍
My thoughts are with everyone affected by the tragic events in Crans-Montana. Moments like these remind us how precious and fragile life is.
Sending you a gentle, grounded start into this new year ✨
💫
