Happy New Year People, we are back to things that matter.

It's a month of love and records from several sources have shown that this is also a month of a rampant spread of STIs.

Many ladies may experience some discomfort as a result of unhealthy sexual activity, poor hygiene, and sharing of public spaces.

If you do find yourself in this situation please go for a proper medical check. Stop taking off-the-counter drugs without prescription. Reasons being👇👇👇

You can become antibiotics resistant which places you at risk of not been able to treat a serious infection if it occurs
You can develop serious health issues which can even lead to infertility, serious allergies, immune system breakdown, cancers etc

WATCH OUT AND MIND YOU HEALTH THIS MONTH.

Be educated, be informed, be productive above all be healthy.

It's a New Year💃💃💃💃💃💃. We all hope it's going to be a better one.

Nevertheless, when it comes to health the same principles Apply.

Did you end your year healthy? Or I should mind my business?
Health issues become a matter of contention when we ignore the basics. It's as simple as drinking enough water🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️.
