Quality and Numbers: Shalom’s Vision for 2026
Mile 1 Upstation Bamenda -Shalom Clinic and University will in 2026 operate under Quality and numbers.The vision is to double the enrollment of students into the University and improve the quality of health care delivery at Shalom Clinic.
The vision was unveiled in an enlarged meeting coordinated by Deputy Director Wawa Jackson Nfor under the watchful eyes of the Board of Directors comprising of the Proprietor/Director ,Shei Claude Nfor PhD and the Chairman Mr Bongmba Fidelis Kigha
The meeting focused on strengthening service quality while responsibly expanding institutional capacity across both the health and higher education sectors. Participants reviewed achievements recorded in recent years and outlined concrete strategies to improve standards in teaching, healthcare delivery, research, and community service.
The vision bearer, Shei Claude Nfor PhD emphasized on improving patient care through better equipment, continuous staff training, adherence to medical ethics, and the integration of modern health practices. Management reaffirmed its commitment to making the clinic a reference point for quality, affordable, and patient-centered healthcare in the region.
On the academic front, he highlighted plans to enhance academic excellence at Shalom University. At the same time, the institution aims to increase student enrollment in a structured and sustainable manner, ensuring that growth does not compromise academic standards.
The meeting concluded with a call for teamwork, innovation, and discipline, as Shalom Clinic and University position themselves as leading institutions committed to excellence, impact, and sustainable development in 2026 and beyond.
At the close of the meeting, an announcement was made on the restructuring of the administrative organigram of both institutions to increase efficiency with appointments made as follows as follows ;
