What is your morning routine?
The initial meal of the day should be raw, and nutritious dense foods, as it breaks a fast, and helps jump-start your systems. A nutritious breakfast should be energizing, detoxifying, and cleansing, and its nutrients easily absorbed. Personally, I prefer to start with a turmeric-ginger shot, followed by a big glass of green juice( kale, apple, celery, and cucumber), or an orange juice (oranges, carrot, turmeric, Apple). An hour later, I’ll have a regular healthy breakfast, consisting of an egg and a sweet potato, or other similar options, which is always accompanied by a cup of tea (any herbal tea). How one restarts their digestive system in the morning is crucial. Avoid overloading your body with fried fatty foods, high-sodium foods, and simple carbohydrates in the morning, and also late at night because it may lead to metabolic diseases . Remember, start your day with nutrient-dense foods to ensure that your body is functioning optimally and efficiently throughout the day.
