The international women's day is around the corner Theme: Rights, Justice , Action for all women and girls.
Action: Now-Now .
We begin our action with the Inter-unit competition.
When :Thursday 5th March. Where: hospital field.
Attire : hospital tracksuit or sport wear
Time: 2 pm.
Women and girls of DHL it's action time. Come and show off your talents and skills.

Activities of the day include:
✓Egg and spoon race
✓Sack race
✓100m race
✓Dancing competition
✓Singing competition
✓Free style
✓Eating competition
✓Cup transit
✓Filling the bucket
✓And many more fun games.
The different units have been paired as a group:
✓Group 1: OPD and Finance
✓Group 2: Lab and Upec
✓Group 3: theatre and surgical
✓Group 4: Medical and Neonatal
✓Group 5:ANC/ Covid-19 /IWC/ Statistics
✓Group 6: maternity and Hygiene & Sanitation
✓Group 7: children ward and Secretariat.
✓Group 8: pharmacy and dental

Unit heads under the different groups should mobilize their collaborators to take part in the different short listed activities.

Today the 25th of February, 2026, As part of the Limbe Health District's Commitment in ensuring the smooth implementation of the Universal Health Coverage within the Health District, Limbe District Hospital organized a Refresher meeting on the Health Voucher Mechanism and the management of tools aimed at enforcing the capacities of MPA health facilities which are the first point of care as far as the health voucher mechanism is concerned.
This meeting was attended by the focal persons and representatives of the 7 MPA health facilities involved in the implementation of the Universal Health Coverage within the Limbe Health District.

Election of Staff Delegates at District Hospital Limbe, today the 22nd of January, 2026 under College 1&2
Staff delegates play a crucial role in public health facilities. They're the voice of employees, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed. In Cameroon, the Labour Code (Law No. 092/007 of 14 August 1992) outlines the roles and responsibilities of staff delegates.
This exercise went hitch-free under the supervision of Labour Inspectors from the Limbe Labour Office. Installation of the newly voted Delegates will take place on the 29th of January 2026.
