What Are You Doing With What You Know?

Until what you know becomes what you do, you don’t truly know it. Knowledge that is not applied is inactive, and knowledge that does not benefit others has little value.

Real understanding is demonstrated through action. It shows up in your daily habits, your decisions, and your lifestyle.

For example, you know that if you eat at 1pm, cortisol will be active and help your body manage energy.

But if you eat very late at night, around 10pm or 11pm, cortisol is low and melatonin is active for rest.

This creates confusion in your system. So you need to start practicing what you know.

After that, make it useful to another person. Tell someone in good faith. When that person sees what you know working in your life, they will be more likely to follow and do the same.

So the question remains: What are you doing with what you know?

Always eat healthy, live healthy, and stay strong. Your health is our concern.

BE THE CHANGE YOU DESIRE

If you want to see a change in your life, you must first change. Be the change you want to see.

Let’s focus on health. You want to live a healthy life and be consistent. That means cutting out junk like ice cream, hamburgers, and processed foods. There are healthier versions of these foods. The key is choosing differently.

If you keep doing the same things and expect a different result, it will not work. Change requires new actions.

Also, if you want others to change, especially your children, you must lead by example. You cannot tell them to avoid junk while you are eating it. You cannot tell them to read while you are watching TV. They will follow what you do. When they see you doing the right thing, they will join you.

Today, choose one simple habit. For example, take warm water with lemon in the morning. You can add chia seeds and a pinch of Celtic Sea Salt.

Do this consistently for one week, then eat right during your eating window. You will see the difference.

In a nutshell, become the change you desire.

Morning Mindset Reset

All you need to do when you wake up each day is choose your mindset deliberately. Carry the consciousness that no matter what comes your way, you will overcome and thrive.

In your health journey, do not rely on yesterday’s victory alone. Yes, celebrate that you overcame junk food, but do not stop there. Move forward with intention. The same strategy that helped you win yesterday is the strategy you must repeat today to sustain that victory.

Many people fail because they abandon what was already working. They get a win, then drop the discipline that produced it. That is the mistake.

Do not make it. Be consistent. Be intentional. Be different.

Today, choose one strategy that worked for you yesterday and apply it again. Commit to it and follow through. Share your commitment or result with me.
